 As Title Manager, I oversee title research operations and ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with client requirements. My key responsibilities include managing and assigning title projects, developing scopes and cost estimates, overseeing title agents and reviewers, monitoring budgets and schedules, resolving complex title and chain-of-ownership issues, coordinating courthouse and online research, performing quality control, communicating with clients, and ensuring final deliverables meet established standards and deadlines.

My background is in real estate and title research, where I developed experience working through complex ownership histories, land records, and title issues across multiple jurisdictions. Over time, I took on greater responsibility for managing projects, solving difficult title problems, supporting and developing other researchers, and working directly with clients. That progression ultimately led me into title management, where I now oversee both the technical and operational sides of our work. What continues to motivate me is the problem-solving aspect of title research, developing strong teams, and finding better and more efficient ways to deliver a quality product for our clients.
