Coordinates the functions for the department ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned.
Trains, coaches and develops all members of the QA/QC team.
Performs as point of contact for all quality-related issues and inquiries.
Ensures compliance with project, state and federal guidelines.
Monitors department ticket production within appropriate timeframe guidelines and with a high degree of efficiency and quality.
Effectively communicate quality related feedback with individuals at all levels in the organization.
Balances multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Performs analysis and oversight to provide resolution on any department issues.
Drives consistency with quality standard operating procedures for the department.
