Colan | Columbus, OH | 01/26–Present | 40HPW |• Utility Infrastructure Project Leadership – Direct full life-cycle management of complex utility right-of-way and infrastructure projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and compliance across transmission, distribution, and energy development initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams in executing land acquisition, permitting, and stakeholder coordination efforts, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to client and regulatory requirements.• Right-of-Way & Land Acquisition Strategy – Orchestrate comprehensive land acquisition programs including line list development, title research, landowner outreach, easement negotiation, and damage settlement processes. Navigate complex ownership structures and regulatory environments to secure required property rights, maintaining relationships and minimizing risk.• Stakeholder & Client Engagement – Manage high-visibility relationships with utility clients, engineering firms, environmental consultants, and landowners, serving as primary point of contact for project execution. Who am I?

I have worked as a project manager across all forms of energy and government over the last twenty years. I hold a Doctor of Jurisprudence, Master of Business Administration, and two BSBADs in Management and Marketing.
