What I do at O.R. Colan Associates (ORC)
The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for managing complex Right-of-Way projects with minimal supervision and implementing strategies set forth by the Divisional Director (DD). The PM partners with the DD in new business development, proposals and regional growth and provides administrative direction, manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities and operations of a project team and/or agents thru project lifecycles.
Who am I?
17 years of Right of Way Experience working in all phases of Right of Way. Before ORC, I worked at the WVDOH as the Realty Manager responsible for the Relocation and Property Management Section for the State of West Virginia.
